BOOKINGS

Do I need to book?

We strongly advise booking online to avoid disappointment and you will also benefit from a 10% saving when booking more than 4 hours in advance. Simply select the date you wish to visit on the online booking calendar and follow the booking process

However, you may turn up on the day that you wish to participate on the course, but please note there is no guarantee of availability and you will pay the full ticket price, which is 10% more than the online price

Group Bookings

If you’re planning a corporate day, birthday, stag or hen party or school trip then you need to book in advance by calling 020 8527 3232 and speak to one of the booking team. Alternatively you can email us at chingford@altitudeadventure.co.uk

Group bookings must be booked and paid in full in advance to secure the booking

What happens after I've booked?

If you have booked online, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the date and time of your booking as well as a booking reference. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before the time you have booked, as we need to go through a few safety guidelines with you and get you harnessed up and ready for your adventure

What happens if I arrive late?

Unfortunately if you’re late, you will miss your slot. Please refer to the booking terms and conditions link below:

Booking Terms & Conditions

Your time starts from the time allocated in your booking so it’s in your best interest to arrive early

Will the course be closed in bad weather?

Altitude Adventure is an all year round outdoor activity, which can be enjoyed regardless of the UK’s changeable weather conditions. Subject to the weather conditions set-out in the booking terms and conditions, Altitude Adventure will be open so please come suitably dressed with changeable weather in mind so you can enjoy your Altitude Adventure experience

In the rare event we close the course, for safety reasons or other reasons you will receive an email as soon as the decision is made. It is likely you may already be travelling so keep up to date with details of course closures on Facebook.com / Altitude-Adventure or call 020 8527 3232 to speak to a member of the booking team

In the event we cancel your booking:

We will notify you as soon as we reasonably can of cancellation for safety reasons or other reasons and ask you to re-schedule your session for another time. In the event that Altitude Adventure has to cancel your booking it shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation but no other compensation shall be payable

Payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card. Details of our refund policy are set out in our booking terms and conditions

What makes Altitude Adventure different from Go Ape?

Altitude Adventure is a Sky Trail® Navigator, two level course with 34 varying elements, 2 walk the planks and is one of the safest high ropes systems in the world

The unique overhead track system allows participants to take their own journey across a series of elements (obstacles) between each platform on both levels, at their own pace, and with the ability to pass other participants on the platforms

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?

Except as set out in our booking terms and conditions, we do not accept cancellations or permit bookings to be rescheduled within 7 days of your booked session. However, your booking can be transferred to other persons for the same date and time. This does not apply to group bookings of 15 people or more

If you are a business customer, we do not offer refunds on bookings, if you wish to cancel your booking and the course is in operation

If you are a business customer, bookings eligible to be rescheduled need to be booked for a session within 3 months of the original booking date. Such bookings can only be rescheduled once

If any participants from a group booking do not attend the Activities, the total cost of the group as initially booked will still apply. Extra participants may be added subject to availability and payment of the additional costs for such participants

If you choose to cancel up to 7 days before your session we will happily reschedule your booking, subject to availability and our booking terms and conditions. This applies to bookings of fewer than 15 people only

We have 2 reception areas, one located at Jurassic Falls Adventure Golf and a dedicated ticket kiosk within Altitude Adventure itself

During off peak times of year the Altitude Adventure ticket kiosk may be closed and, in this instance, you should report to the Jurassic Falls Adventure Golf reception

Signage will direct you on the day to the appropriate reception area where you will be checked in, issued with a colour wristband and introduced to the Altitude Adventure instructors who will conduct a short safety briefing

How long do I get on the course?

We ask everyone to arrive 30 minutes before they are booked on Altitude Adventure and you will receive a short safety briefing from one of the Altitude Adventure team

We provide everything you will need to participate on the course. However, we recommend you dress with changeable weather in mind to ensure you are dry and comfortable whilst on Altitude Adventure
