We went there yesterday. 2 adults and three kids including my nephew who is special needs with learning difficulties. At first he refused to move along, as he was feeling very scared. For sometime, he didn’t want to take the first step onto the ropes. However an instructor by the named Clifford went up to the first level. He guided my nephew and somehow persuaded him to combat his fear. He stayed with him and helped him along many of the different obstacles. I can’t thank him and the other staff enough!!
