I’ve booked advance tickets but need to change the name of the booking?
If you need to change the name of your booking you will have to call our booking team on 020 8527 3232 who will happily make the changes
I haven’t received the email with my print at home tickets – what should I do?
Just bring proof of ID and your booking reference number with you and our booking team can look up your booking on the day

Do I have to print my print at home tickets or can I bring them on my phone?
If you can open the print at home PDF file that is attached to your confirmation email, then we can use the booking reference number directly from your phone or tablet at reception on the day of your visit
I’ve not been able to print my print at home tickets – what should I do?

My online booking failed part way through and it looks like I’ve been charged – what should I do?
Just bring proof of ID, proof of charges (bank or card statement) and your booking reference number with you and our reception team can look up your booking on the day

I’ve accidently booked my tickets multiple times online – what should I do?
Please email your request to our booking team at admin@adventureexperience.co.uk attaching scanned pictures of all tickets bought with copies of bank statements and any correspondence where relevant. Please provide as much detail as possible in your contact with us
Can I get a refund for my advance booked online tickets?
All tickets are non-refundable
If you would like to discuss your booking, please email your request to admin@adventureexperience.co.uk along with scanned pictures of the tickets and reason for request for refund
Is my promotional code valid?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to comment on any specific vouchers or deals – there are, after all, lots of fantastic deals available
Therefore, please double-check the terms and conditions of the voucher to avoid disappointment. Your voucher should have an expiry date and will list out any restriction dates and times
Can I buy my tickets online using a promotional code or voucher?
Please check the Terms and Conditions of your voucher – some vouchers can be redeemed online
Unfortunately, unless stated otherwise, physical promotional vouchers can only be redeemed on the day
When are the busiest and quietest times for the Adventure Golf?
It can be difficult to say how busy the Adventure Golf course will be on a day that you choose to visit, school holiday and event periods are busier than mid week term time dates
However, with a bit of planning you can still have the most amazing time
Is the Adventure Golf open in bad weather?
Jurassic Falls Adventure Golf is outdoors and we are therefore subject to the great British weather
Be prepared and bring appropriate clothing and footwear should unfavorable weather be forecast
Our reception area do sell ponchos and umbrellas should you need to buy them
The Adventure Golf course will only close during periods of heavy snow and ice or flooding. Please check our Facebook page for updates on closure prior to making your journey
How do I get to Jurassic Falls Adventure Golf by public transport?
By Bus – The nearest bus stop is the 34, alternatively Walthamstow Stadium is just 10 minutes walk which has the following buses; 97, 158, 215, 357, 385, 397, 657, N26, W11
By Train – The nearest station is Walthamstow Central which then requires the 34 bus to complete the journey
I can’t see a specific ticket for disabled guests when booking online – how do I book a free carer ticket?
During quieter times carers can accompany a paying player(s) free of charge, a carers ID is needed. Bookings cannot be made online but instead, if there is availability, a contactless payment of £10 per player can be completed on arrival. We strongly recommend contacting us in advance to check availability and to avoid disappointment.
Is it safe to leave my vehicle in the car park?
Vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk. We take no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle using the car park and no guarantee is given as to the security of guests’ vehicles in the car park or any contents

Free car parking is available
On arrival from the A406, turn left where you see the sign for Cyprus Garden and then follow signs to Jurassic Falls Adventure Golf
Are dogs allowed on the Adventure Golf course?
Yes, well behaved dogs can join you on the course but must be kept on a lead at all times
Please bring your poop scoop and disposable bag to clear up any mess
Is the Adventure Golf course wheelchair friendly?
Yes, the Adventure Golf course has been designed to be wheelchair friendly
Is the Adventure Golf course pushchair friendly?
You are more than welcome to use a pushchair onto the course
How many people can play?
We operate a policy of maximum 5 players per hole
If your group is larger than 5 people we recommend you divide yourself in to teams
Are there seating areas around the Adventure Golf course?
We do have benches located around the course for use during queuing between holes on busy days
How long does it take to complete 18 holes of Adventure Golf?
Depending on how busy the course is during the time of your visit it may take between 45 minutes and up to 120 minutes to complete the 18-holes
We advertise approximate times at the reception desk but if in doubt please ask a member of our front of house team
I am left-handed – do I need to bring my own golf putters?
Our Adventure Golf putters are compatible for both right and left handed players
Do I need to bring my own golf putters?
We provide Adventure Golf putters in a wide range of sizes to suit the majority of peoples height
How do I know which size golf putter to use?
We have 5 different sizes of Adventure Golf putters. The best way to judge which one is best for you is to stand the putter up against your leg – the top of the putter should be roughly the same height as your hip
What age do you have to be to play Adventure Golf
Adventure Golf is a unique activity that grandparents and grandchildren can play together
Whether you are age 3 or 103 everybody is welcome to join in the competitive fun
Do I need experience in golf to be able to play?
Our Adventure Golf courses are designed with absolute beginners in mind but equally our courses have hosted British Mini Golf Association competitions for professional Adventure Golfers
Whether you are looking for some light hearted fun and lots of laughter or if you are an avid, competitive Adventure Golfer our courses are perfectly suited for all abilities and ages
What does “par” mean?
The number of strokes (each time you putt the ball is classed as a stroke) it should take to putt the ball in the hole
Each hole is graded and typically our courses comprise par 2 and 3 holes
The higher the par rating the more difficult the challenge to putt the ball
Can I film on the Adventure Golf course using Go Pro or other filming equipment?
Film as much as you like and feel free to upload them and tag us on Facebook or Instagram so we can join in the fun
All that we ask is you are respectful of other players on the course
How do I score?
On arrival you will be offered one of our scorecards, which accommodates scoring for up to 5 players
Each hole on the course is numbered and the par rating is shown on the scorecard against each numbered hole
The aim is to putt the ball into the hole with the least amount of putts. For example if you putt the ball 3 times to get it in the hole, you have to write down 3 on your scorecard against the corresponding hole
Once you have completed all 18 holes add up the total number of putts for all 18 holes and the individual with the lowest score wins the game
Can I take photographs on the Adventure Golf course using a camera or phone camera?
Take as many photographs as you like and feel free to upload them and tag us on Facebook or Instagram so we can join in the fun
All that we ask is you are respectful of other players on the course
Is smoking permitted at Jurassic Falls Adventure Golf?
We operate a no smoking policy
I don’t want to play Adventure Golf and prefer to spectate only – is this allowed?
We are responsible for closely managing capacity on the course
Do you have lockers available for my personal belongings?
We do not provide lockers and recommend personal belongings are locked in your car
Any possessions left in a vehicle are left entirely at the owner’s risk. We suggest that no items are left so that they are visible from the outside of the vehicle. We are not liable for any theft by third parties from your vehicle
Are baby changing facilities provided?
Yes, you will find a baby changing unit in the wash room, which is located outside to the rear of the reception area between hole 1 and 18
Are nappy bins provided?
Yes, you will find a grey PHS nappy bin in the wash room, which is located outside to the rear of the reception area between hole 1 and 18
Are there disabled toilets on site?
Yes, located outside to the rear of the reception area between hole 1 and 18
Are snacks and refreshments available on site?
A range of hot drink, soft drinks, bottled water, slush puppie, ice creams are available from Jurassic Falls Adventure Golf reception

Can I bring my own food?
We do not permit our guests to bring their own food and drink to consume on the premises
However, a range of soft drinks, bottled water, slush puppie, ice creams, fresh sandwiches and cakes & sweets are available from Jurassic Falls Adventure Golf reception

Can I eat and drink on the Adventure Golf course?
Yes, we encourage players to take drinks on the course, in particular during hot weather
It can take up to 120 minutes to complete the 18 hole course on busy days so snacks and drinks are recommended.
Who Can Use The Mini Quads?
Children taller than 106cm can operate the quads unaccompanied. If a child is between the height of 86cm – 106cm they must be accompanied by an adult using the rear seat of the quad. Children under 86cm are not permitted to use the mini quads.
How To Operate The Mini Quads
When seated insert your token available at reception in the labelled coin slot on the right-hand side of the mini quad. Your quad will operate for 3 minutes. To operate, slowly press down on the accelerator pedal on the right-hand side and pull on to the track when safe to do so. To stop the mini quad, remove your foot from the accelerator pedal. At the end of the ride exit the mini quad when safe to do so, and vacate the track immediately.
Can I Ride In All Weathers?
The mini quads are an all-year-round activity which can be enjoyed regardless of the UK’s changeable weather conditions, subject to the following weather conditions: thunderstorms/lightning/heavy snow/ice. In the event of these weather conditions the mini quads will be closed for your safety.
Staying Safe
Please note, adult supervision is required at all times, and spectators must not go beyond the safety barrier. Riders must remain on the mini quad at all times whilst on the track – and not collide with other quads. In the event that a mini-quad stops operating you must ask for assistance from a member of the Jurassic Falls team. Any incidents or injuries must be reported to the team before leaving.
