Customers must visit the site at the pre-booked time to verify that it is raining at the location to receive the Rainy Day Return Guarantee from a member of staff. Our Rainy Day Return Guarantee can only be issued to customers who originally booked online. Return is permitted 30 days from the original booking and for the same ticket type and number of players.
