GOT A QUESTION ABOUT OUR NEW GUIDELINES?
Our guidelines make it easy for you to focus on fun. Here are some of the ways we've improved our adventure golf so you and your loved ones can enjoy the challenge of our Florida-style adventure golf courses
What precautionary measures are you taking as a business?
Our precautionary measures are informed by the guidelines set out by the UK government and the World Health Organisation. We are constantly keeping an eye out for new advice or guidelines and will amend our practices in keeping with the latest advice. If you’d like to know more about our practices please take a look at our helpful COVID-19 information page.
What are Adventure Experience’s new Opening Times?
Our opening times are varied depending on the site and time of year. Please go to our opening hours page for your nearest Adventure Experience location to find out more. Our easy to use online booking portal will also show you which times are available to make your decision a little easier. We’re operating a strict online-only booking policy until further notice.
How will you control the number of people on the golf course at the same time?
Our new ticketing structure will help reduce the number of families on the course at any one time. As well as this our new one-way system makes use of tee-times staggered in 8-minute intervals to give you and your group ample time to play the course without coming into contact with other families. Please do remember to arrive 8 minutes early for your booking too.
What are your cleaning and disinfection practices?
All our surfaces and other high-touch areas (clubs, holes, balls, POS) are cleaned and disinfected frequently to limit the spread of germs. Our team are provided with suitable disposable gloves and cleaning detergents. Our teams have also been trained in how to clean and then disinfect putters and balls between rounds. All of our cleaning routines undergo rigorous checks to ensure that our standards remain high. We will also have disposable gloves available for our customers too.
What social distancing measures are you applying to ensure that there is always 2m between groups?
We have introduced a one-way system on arrival and around the Adventure Golf course to reduce the likelihood of coming in to contact with other groups. We have also signposted 2m distancing announcements around our course and each course will have a dedicated team member to ensure safe distances are being maintained. Please be advised that if you or anyone in your party needs the toilet, please use the facilities before starting your round as you won’t be able to walk back through the course.
Can I book for a large group such as birthday parties?
Unfortunately, we are unable to book large groups such as birthday parties. We have placed a limit of up to 5 persons on each booking to maintain safety. This prevents large groups from forming and limits contact between people.
Can I pay on-site?
Unfortunately not, we are operating a strict online booking only policy until further notice. Our safety measures have been created to facilitate social distancing and limit contact between staff and other players as much as possible. As such we recommend booking and paying online using our handy booking portal. This booking portal can be easily accessed from mobile devices.
How do you make sure groups don’t come into contact with one another?
Before play, one group is allowed in the reception area at a time to keep distances safe. We have also placed markings on the ground for social distancing. On the course, we have staggered tee-off times in 5-minute intervals to give groups time to enjoy the course without being hurried. We also supply each group with two extra balls in case you lose a ball and need a backup to continue with your round. We also operate on a one-way system to prevent people from walking back through the course and coming into contact with other groups.
Are any other activities besides adventure golf available?
To protect our team and customers from unnecessary contact we have closed our Sky Trail, Mini Quads and Leisure Boat activities. We will let you know as soon as these activities are available for you to enjoy.
What should I do if I’m feeling unwell?
If you or anyone in your group have concerning symptoms please stay away from the site and follow the NHS guidelines and do not visit our Adventure Golf sites until you are safe to do so. This is vitally important for your safety and the safety of those around you.
